1. Overview
At InvestEdge, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and mentorship programs. As
a provider of digital services, our refund policy complies with Swiss and EU consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only granted if you have not accessed or downloaded any part of the
course or materials.
- If access has occurred, we reserve the right to reject the request in accordance with digital
content exemption rules (OR Art. 40f, EU Directive 2011/83).
3. Subscriptions
- For monthly or annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time.
- Partial refunds are not available for used billing periods.
- Future payments will be stopped upon cancellation confirmation.
4. Process to Request Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the refund period at:
Include your full name, purchase date, transaction ID (if available), and reason for the request.
5. Decision Timeline
We will review and respond to your refund request within 7 working days. If approved,
the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be granted if there is clear usage of course content.
- No refunds are provided for discounted “final sale” bundles unless stated otherwise.
- If technical issues prevent access to the course, we will offer assistance or alternatives before a
refund.
